Executive Director

Purchased in 2020 by Alex Gavinho, a visionary with 30 years of experience in the entertainment and F&B industry, Sabores do Mercado has quickly become a beacon of culinary excellence. Under Gavinho's leadership, the business underwent a transformative journey, transitioning from a local establishment to an international culinary destination. Each year saw meticulous refinement and expansion, shaping Sabores do Mercado into the revered establishment it is today.
