We stumbled across this place by pure accident - and what a great accident! Would have to be the best mushroom risotto I’ve had in the world! The chef is surely a Michelin star chef. My husband had the seafood risotto and it was sublime. The lunch set menu was 3 unbelievable courses, with wine, for only 24 euros. Do yourself a favour and eat here, you won’t regret it!!

3 x die 5⭐️, was soll ich noch sagen. Das Restaurant muss man kennen, denn man findet es nicht zufällig, da abseits von der Touristenmeile. Wir waren abends anlässlich des Geburtstages meiner Frau hier. Der Service excellent. Ausgiebige Weinberatung, bei der keine Frage unbeantwortet blieb. Unsere Speisewahl (Ende Mai) bestand aus „Tartar vom Kalb“ und „Carpaccio von der Entenbrust“. Beides so raffiniert mariniert bzw. gewürzt, wie wir es sonst nur aus der Sterneküche kennen. Zum Hauptgang hatten wir „Pulpo mit Süsskartoffelpüree“ und „Bacalhau mit Risotto“. Beides ein echter Genuss. Der Pulpo war slow cooked zubereitet. Ich muss nicht erwähnen (und tue es doch), dass die Weinempfehlung hierzu perfekt war. Als Nachtisch dann das Tiramisu nach Art der Hauses (portugiesisch) mit der Creme, die wir von den Pastel de Natas kennen und lieben. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung. Wir werden in 3 Tage (anlässlich meines Geburtstages) wieder hier sein 😉

Amazing food and service! The owner and somalier gave us very personalized service and are incredible people. Should have a Michelin star IMO. We had Scarlet Prawn, Duck and Beet appetizers. Miso Cod, Pork Cheeks and Truffle mushroom risotto entrees. Easily the best pork I have eaten in my lifetime, my wife said the same about her cod. MUST GO when in Sintra! Thank you Sabores do Mercado!

Чудесное место в городе Синтра. Вдали от толпы туристов. Ресторанчик вполне " на уровне ". Обслуживание было очень профессиональное. С описанием и объяснением каждого блюда. Качество еды очень достойное. Вино выше всяких похвал. Провели чудесный вечер. Рекомендую очень!
